University Libraries Survey – Tell Us What You Think!

The University Libraries are evaluating the way we provide service to users and we would love to get your feedback. Over time, the number of questions asked at the libraries’ Information & Reference desks (not the desks where you check out books) has declined, and is very low in the early morning, on weekends and in the evening. Because of the decline in traffic, we want your help in thinking about how and where to provide reference services.  Your answers to this brief survey will help us 1) to understand your preference for the hours and type of service and 2) to shape services for the fall semester.
