Change with Author’s Rights at IEEE

Starting in January of 2011, IEEE authors are no longer able to place a final published version of their works on a personal, institutional or non-profit web site.  However, they can post a copy of the accepted paper (after revisions).  More detail is available in the official IEEE announcement at:

http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/announcement_authorposting.pdf

IEEE also has put out this helpful FAQ document:

Authors will NOT have to worry about any earlier papers that they may have posted in the past.
